Having our own manufacturing plant allows us to fulfill custom sizing orders for both direct retail clients and B2B dealers rapidly. It ensures strict quality assurance at every production stage and enables fast, reliable global logistics across Europe and worldwide.

The standard production lead time for a custom order is 3 to 5 business days.

Specialized solutions, such as curtains for angled or gable windows, require 1 to 2 weeks for production.

Once manufactured, we ship via premium express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Venipak). International transit time takes 3 to 8 business days for deliveries to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU countries (Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, etc).

For USA customers: We cover all import taxes and tariffs (Delivery Duty Paid). The price you see at checkout is final.

For EU customers: All Value Added Taxes (VAT) are already included in the purchase price at checkout. There are zero hidden fees.

For the UK, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, and certain EU islands: Customs clearance fees and import duties are calculated based on your local local border regulations.

For optimal light control and aesthetics, we recommend ordering a curtain track that extends 15–30 cm (6”–10”) wider than your window frame on each side (adding a total of 30–60 cm / 12”–25” to the window opening). This ensures the curtains do not block natural sunlight when fully opened. If you are doing a wall-to-wall installation, subtract 2-3 cm (1”–1.5”) from the total room width to allow clearance for a smooth installation.

Our architectural track systems arrive fully complete and ready for installation. Every hardware kit includes: a heavy-duty aluminum extrusion profile, your choice of mounting hardware (ceiling flush mounts or wall brackets), end caps, and either silent roller gliders OR a Wave ripple fold system (a corded glider mechanism equal to your track length, which can be cut in half with scissors for center-split drapes, plus 2 end stoppers).

Our aluminum track profiles are designed for easy DIY customization. If your rail is slightly too long, you can cleanly trim the excess length from the edges using a standard hacksaw; the raw cut will be completely hidden by the end cap.
